A Healthy Diet Can Reverse Many Diseases

One of the books I’ve read is Low Carb, High Fat Food Revolution by Andreas Eenfeldt and just as in many of the other books I’ve read, he talks about the “Western Disease” and how many aspects of our health are affected by the very poor American diet.

The sad thing is some of them get ignored or buried because there’s no money in a change of diet like there is in pharmaceuticals. Thankfully more and more doctors are educating themselves about nutrition and are looking into nutritional healing methods and not just following the dollar.
Here are just a few of the things the author lists that have studies to show drastic improvements with a low carb, high fat diet:
