In order for us to truly educate ourselves about our health and about nutrition, I believe it’s vital to read a variety of good books. I’ve read every book on this list and so many more. I choose to read books written by a variety of different people to get lots of perspectives - doctors, scientists, researchers, and even those just very interested in health like I am.
