Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 egg

1 cup peanut butter (not all Pb is good so look for organic that is low carb and no added sugar)

1/2 cup sweetener - I use erythritol

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°

Combine all the ingredients, create 1 inch balls with the dough, place on baking sheet and push the center with a fork to flatten, bake for 12-15 minutes.
