I know, I know, scrambled eggs isn't all that glamorous and you sure don't need a recipe for it. ;) But sometimes it's the simple things that we don't think about that can be super delicious.

Food Friday - Scrambled Eggs

I know, I know, scrambled eggs isn't all that glamorous and you sure don't need a recipe for it. ;)  But sometimes it's the simple things that we don't think about that can be super delicious. And I like to jazz up my eggs so I figured I'd share this with you. Not to mention eggs are a perfect keto food. They're so healthy and filling.

This breakfast is just some bacon, some delicious berries, and then scrambled eggs. The eggs have some spinach, mushrooms, and onions mixed in and then I sliced avocado and put it on top and then topped that with a little shredded cheese. YUM! And of course I can't eat my eggs without some pepper and Himalayan salt sprinkled all over the top.

You can add a whole variety of things to your eggs! Pick one or two and change it up each time and then it tastes different each time you have them. ;)

  • mushrooms
  • onion
  • bell pepper
  • jalapeño peppers
  • crumbled sausage (precooked)
  • crumbled bacon (precooked)
  • tomatoes
  • herbs
  • all kinds of cheeses
