Food Friday - Tasty Tortilla Bagel Bites
Delicious bagel bites that are low-carb and keto friendly.

This is one of our favorite recipes to make. It’s super easy and so tasty and my husband loves these! I will give a bit of a caveat here - if you’re following a strict, clean keto diet, you won’t want to make these and eat the tortilla. We do buy the low carb tortillas so it fits within the macros but these aren’t in the real food category and more in the processed food category. We use these as a treat to have just every once in awhile and we don’t eat them all the time.
Tortilla Bagel Bites
Ingredients
- Low-carb tortilla
- Cream cheese
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Butter
Directions
Take your low-carb tortilla, spread cream cheese all over the tortilla, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top, roll it up, and slice into 8 pieces. Melt a tablespoon or so of butter in a skillet and brown each side. Then serve and enjoy!
I like to make one for breakfast and we each have four pieces along with a couple of eggs. Delicious!
