If you miss having breakfast sandwiches, this is a great alternative! Just make sure to get the low carb tortillas. ;)

Cook an egg, cook some bacon, shred some cheese, mash half an avocado up with half a tablespoon of olive oil, put on each section, slice one quarter of the low carb tortilla and then fold it up to make a sandwich! Once it’s folded, cook each side on a skillet with butter for just long enough to warm it up and brown it a little. Delicious!
