Bacon and Broccoli Chicken Bake
4 bacon strips
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup broccoli, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup shredded Swiss or mozarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook bacon and set aside to cool and then crumble.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
- Top the chicken with the broccoli, bacon, and then the cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until chicken reaches 165 degrees and the cheese is golden brown.
