Bacon and Broccoli Chicken Bake

Ingredients

4 bacon strips

2 boneless chicken breasts

salt

pepper

1 cup broccoli, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup shredded Swiss or mozarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook bacon and set aside to cool and then crumble.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
  4. Top the chicken with the broccoli, bacon, and then the cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until chicken reaches 165 degrees and the cheese is golden brown.
