Today I just wanted to share a few tidbits and funny things that I thought you’d enjoy. ;)
Here’s an interesting fact that really drives home how eating high carb and low fat is the opposite of what we want to do.

Wowza! That’s a lot of carbs and very little fat! I definitely don’t want to look like a sumo wrestler!

Did you know sugar triggers the same receptors in your brain that heroin does? I sure didn’t! People don’t realize how addictive sugar is but that should make it clear how addictive it is!
