You Don't Have to be Hungry
As I've shared with you before, we have been led to believe that we are to blame for obesity - that we just eat too much and we don't exercise enough.
As I've shared with you before, we have been led to believe that we are to blame for obesity - that we just eat too much and we don't exercise enough. And when I learned that's not true it was so freeing. I know how discouraging it is to do all the right things like reduce your calories to a low amount and exercise daily so you're burning more calories than you're taking in. But when you do that and you don’t see any results it’s super discouraging! And it's so frustrating to not only not see results but to feel hungry and deprived all the time on top of it.
That's why it's so exciting to know there is a better way. It's so exciting to know that it's not because of how MUCH we're eating but it's about WHAT we are eating. And by simply changing the types of foods we eat we can completely transform our bodies and lose that extra weight. And one of the best parts about it - we can do it by eating delicious foods and eating until we are full! No more starving yourself.
It's a great feeling to know I can eat until I'm full and then not feel hungry again for hours and know that it's because I'm feeding my body proper fuel and nutrition. Why is this? Because fat is very satisfying and will make you feel full longer. You'll naturally eat less when you eat a high fat, moderate protein, and low carb diet because you get full quicker with fat rather than empty carbs. All carbs do is make you feel hungrier and also make you addicted so that you feel like you always need more to eat.
So if you want to lose weight, feel great, and NOT feel hungry all the time - stick to your high fat/low carb diet and you'll do just that!
